I started working for Quality First Financial Inc in 2010. I started out in the company a collection officer. I moved over to a Loan Officer/Collection Manager in 2014 and ran our Hazel Green location for 6 years in that time (2019) I also became the companies Leading Manager for all locations. I like to refer to our customers as friends cause with us being locally owned operated I get to not only meet the people but their families also and have an interacting relationship with them all.My goals for the company is to have more locations for the convenience of our customers but still be at the small hometown level in each town we grow to. I am very hopeful in the near future we will be able to offer many more lending options on top of what is available right now.
